We are hiring a Finance Manager to partner with our region and solution line finance teams to drive global initiatives and reporting. The role will have great exposure to senior leadership. What the day will look like: Act as a Financial partner with the regional and solution line Finance teams throughout the organization by providing presentations of consolidated data with actionable insights and helping formulate strategies to drive improved financial results Assist with managing the long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes Facilitate centrally managed finance initiatives by collaborating with colleagues across the globe within various functions Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance versus plan and prior Assist with executive level presentations that provide insights on monthly, quarterly and full year results as well as performance against key operating metrics Collaborate with offshore finance resources and laise with business, operations, controllership, and Centers of Excellence where necessary to gather insights on performance Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy Actively promote a positive team environment. Participate in talent development opportunities including training and mentoring. Prioritize self-development and continuous learning responsibilities Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Skills and experience that will lead to success: Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance 7+ years of experience desired / FP&A experience (Forecasting, Planning and Analysis) is a plus Proficient with financial modeling tools including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Tableau, experience in Workday GL and TM1 a plus Experience in data analysis and data mining Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners in order to drive results in a matrixed environment Ability to independently resolve issues and problem solve successfully while working on multiple priorities Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency on critically meaningful work Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $95,000 - $125,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, Illinois The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
