Your energetic attitude and desire to work in a collegial team environment performing support-oriented tasks will ensure the smooth operation of the corporate office located in Atlanta. •Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly •Answer incoming customer service email inquiries or direct them accordingly •Manage office supplies inventory and place/receive orders •Maintain caf and other break areas •Maintain calendar for various conference rooms •Plan and execute office breakfasts and lunches •Facilitate corporate office visits and meeting set-up •Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment •Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing mail •Receive incoming and prepare outgoing FedEx, UPS, etc. shipments •Approve and code invoices related to office operations •Serve as liaison with building management staff, including cleaning, parking, and security services •Compose and prepare letters and other documents as needed, including spreadsheets •Assist other administrative support team members as needed •Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to Gables' Signature Service Pillars & Protocols •Adhere to the Gables Standard Operating Procedures •Other duties as directed Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty well. The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently. The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus. Professional Experience Three years of corporate administrative assistant experience supporting multiple staff members or similar experience is required. Previous property management experience is preferred but not required. Attendance/Travel Requirements The position requires the ability to work five days a week in the office, usually 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but flexible if overtime is required. Minimal or no travel is required. Licenses/Equipment The position requires the ability to use general office equipment, such as computers, printers, copy machines, and postage machines.
