X Ray Technologist

We are searching for a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician to join our orthopedic team! In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our orthopedic physicians by providing high-quality diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities: Prepare patients for orthopedic X-ray examinations of the musculoskeletal system, including explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns. Position and immobilize patients using proper techniques to ensure accurate X-ray images. Operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently to capture high-quality digital images of bones, joints, and soft tissues. Perform routine maintenance on X-ray equipment and adhere to established quality control procedures. Maintain inventory of X-ray supplies and ensure proper restocking. Document patient procedures and X-ray results accurately and efficiently. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (preferred) or a related area with eligibility to obtain an ARRT certification in Radiography One year of experience as an X-Ray Technician (preferred) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach
