Assistant CFO, Healthcare Location; Gallatin, TN JOB DESCRIPTION Our client operates hospitals in Tennessee along with multiple physician practices. They provide quality care in numerous areas, including cancer treatment, cardiac care, same-day surgery, orthopedics, diagnostics, women's health and rehabilitation services. This role is responsible for directing the market finance department activities, functions and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS Must have five years for-profit hospital experience and at least three years in a supervisory role. Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting / finance. Preferred master's degree in accounting, finance, or business. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Preferred CPA license. Preferred experience in hospital finance servicing multiple locations. Must Have 1.
