Pay $16 SIGN ON BONUS - $1500 FULL TIME / $750 PART TIME Must have open availability. Saturdays are a MUST Shifts are 10 hrs. Not only do we do transports for doctors' appointments, check ups, facilities, discharges, but we also provide our facilities with the option to call in emergency calls when needed. What You Will Be Doing : MAVTs are responsible for transporting wheelchair-bound patients between their residences in nursing homes and assisted living facilities and doctor's appointments, dialysis, and other appointments. This position will also be responsible for transporting patients on recreational bus trips. Responsibilities : Operates all vehicles safely and professionally in compliance with all laws and regulations. Accurately documents all patient information, vitals, facility information, etc. Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicles and troubleshooting all equipment and/or supplies to ensure there are enough necessary items available. Activates all correct sequences when in transport so Dispatch knows what is happening and deactivates when the shift has been completed for the day. Stays in constant communication with Dispatch to ensure all calls are completed correctly or if they need further assistance. Ensures all certifications are kept up to date and renewed before the expiration date. Requirements : Valid clean driver's license from the USA At least 18 years of age Clear Criminal History Check Willing to submit a Pre-Employment Screening (Drug screen, PPD and physical) Completing all training for MAV/EMR Completing Fingerprinting and Defensive Driving Ability to lift, bend, twist and crouch up to 150lbs The Experience We Prefer : Customer service background Excellent communication skills Patient care experience Charting/EPRO knowledge Valid CPR card MAV experience/EMR experience Bonus Opportunities : Start gaining your PTO the 1st day you start working with us!
