Help desk/Service Desk Location: Onsite in Pleasanton Duration: 3-6 month contract to hire Education: bachelors degree or 3 years experience Skills and experience: - Clinical Staff, clinical applications (cloud and will be trained on this for initial 3 weeks) - Knowledge of desktop, laptop trouble shooting - Good communication with physicians, nursing staff, provisioning - Windows and moving to Win11 - Powerapps (nice to have) -HIPPA knowledge is important - MS365 support - Imaging (using quest) and desktop troubleshooting experience - Mac or Unix experience is nice to have - Communication and showing urgency - ITIL Day to day: - Will be working closely with Sys Admins but there are about 30 people in IT. - Working from ticket queue - Check application statuses - Respond to system notifications - Supporting a couple hundred people that are in different locations
