Job Description Clinical Nurse - Vascular Access Team (Nights) E xciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse with our Vascular Access Team. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and who thrives in IVs and patient care. Role Overview: Deliver nursing care to patients requiring venipuncture and vascular access Direct phlebotomy staff and give consultation to nursing & medical staff regarding vascular access issues Key Qualifications: BSN Degree Required Current NYS RN license/registration Minimum of 2 years of recent RN clinical experience including proficiency in IV and venipuncture required. Experience with insertion of PICC and ultrasound guided PIVs preferred, but not required Acute care experience preferred Core Skills: Willing to take action and eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy, and passion. A creative decision-maker, with shown success at making timely decisions that maintains standards of nursing care within the organization. Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged, using development channels. Approachable and skilled with providing care to diverse groups of people. An effective communicator, capable of resolving how best to reach different audiences and driving communications based on that understanding. Pay Range $119,000- $154,450.00 Additional Information: Location: 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY Schedule: 12 hrs shifts 6PM-6:30AM with rotating weekends and holidays Pay Range:$122,600.00 - $145,450.00.
