Overall Accountability: • Coordinate and fulfill ticket requests and staff to represent organizational and partner events (e.g., Arizona Financial Theatre, Phoenix Rising FC, golf sponsorships). • Fulfill marketing vehicle use requests and ensure vehicles are always ready and available for use. • Monitor the fulfillment of incoming marketing requests from internal customers. • Coordinate the ordering, verify receipt of orders and manage inventory of SWAG/logo items for promotional use. • Coordinate delivery of marketing materials to branches and partner organizations, and transport materials directly to location as needed. • Provide administrative support by processing invoices/registrations and payment requests for marketing events and materials. • Contribute to social media activities that promote or support partnerships and marketing campaigns. • Schedule provided content assets on social media channels, respond to online reviews and questions in a timely manner. • Coordinate response to incoming service complaints from third party sources (e.g., BBB, regulatory agencies, etc.). • Provide support for off-site Marketing promotions (e.g., car sales, Phoenix Rising FC stadium, booth and youth camps), coordinate event promotion, materials, staffing, and other resources in advance of event. • Monitor and proactively respond to needs of participants through the duration of events and off-site Marketing promotions. • Contribute updates to existing presentation content and collateral for marketing activities. • Provide administrative assistance to marketing/strategy team members as requested. Required Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one (1) year experience in retail or marketing. Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Social Media Platforms (Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.). Ability to read, write and speak in English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents and government regulations. Ability to collaborate well with others in a team setting with limited direction or supervision. Ability to write and edit business correspondence and reports. Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply mathematical concepts to determine and test reliability and validity. Physical Requirements: • Required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance; use hands to finger keys accurately when using calculator machines or computer keyboards; reach with hands and arms. • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, and color vision. • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but the noise level at offsite events varies by setting and can be loud. • The temperature and working conditions at outdoor offsite events will vary based on time of year. • Must be able to travel independently to department, branch locations, partner locations and offsite events. • Must be able to attend events outside of traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends.
