The company's proven cloud-based platform connects healthcare organizations with their patients, staff and vendors including solutions for real-time automation, two-mobile messaging, automated surveys, video and patient education, patient appointments and follow-ups, and ad-hoc messaging.They not only continue to be an industry leader in healthcare mobile solutions but their powerful mobile two-way texting platform is also helping the Human Resources, Call Centers, Education and many more industries improve their communication.They are adding an Implementation Specialist to support the firm.ResponsibilitiesSupport all new customers to ensure smooth implementation rolloutsHandle client life cycle from onboarding through the renewal processTroubleshoot issues and come up with timely solutionsPartner with Account Executive and Account Manager to ensure adoption, growth opportunities, and client retentionDevelop an in-depth understanding of Dialog HealthDevelop implementation strategies; identify and evaluate install problemsTrains clients on all features and benefitsBuilds enthusiasm and excitement for the productCompletes training checklists during implementationMain and single point of contact with new clients during the implementation processDesign and maintain implementation and training materials, and user guides to support new clientsCollaborate with leadership and staff to identify implementation needsCustomize implementation and training plans to meet the specific needs to the clientMaintain detailed records of implementation activitiesParticipate in system testing for new functionality or system upgrades (QA)Escalates concerns or issues to the account management teamQualifications3-5 years of implementation experience, SaaS experience preferredBachelor's DegreeProficiency in standard professional tools including ticketing systems, internet research, and computer system literacyExceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and presentationAn understanding of web development and web technologiesAbility to learn new technical processes and services with ease and retain informationExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsCompensation$75,000-82,000 base salary
