Based on our proprietary dCODE® and Dextramer® technologies, we develop and market research reagents and diagnostic assays, enabling researchers, pharmaceutical scientists, and clinicians to measure disease-specific immune responses.Job brief The Customer Support Representative will help to provide an exceptional experience for our customers, playing a critical role in building customer relationships and representing the organization. The Customer Support Representative is responsible for processing customer orders by phone, fax and email, tracking orders and will be the focal point for communication between the ordering team in Copenhagen, and our customers and sales- and support team in US. In your secondary role you will support the Head of Sales in Marketing activities, such as handling material for conferences. The Customer Support Representative will furthermore work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and to escalate any customer satisfaction or technical service issues appropriately.Location: Philadelphia, PA.Responsibilities - Interface with customers through phone, fax and email, ensuring the best possible customer experience. - Triage incoming communications, take orders and distribute request for quotations to the sales representative based on territory.- Mediate the communication between the ordering team in Copenhagen and the US sales team and US customers.- Support Head of Sales in Marketing activities, such as material handlingshipping for conferences. - Escalate issues, track and manage lostdelayed orders and customer complaints - Provide required documentation related to orders to meet shipping requirements (e.g. material safety data sheets, certificates of analysis, shipping cost estimates, etc.) - Track shipments of products to the US. - Encourage on-time shipment and delivery of products - Proactively monitor importationcustoms, and act on any issues Qualifications- BABS or AB in business, marketing, communications or a life science discipline. A junior or senior on a similar BABS track will also be considered. - Self- motivated with a positive attitude - Attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - General international shipping knowledge- Experience with FedExDHL ship manager a plus - Customer support experience - Professional, responsive and friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary - Team player with the ability to multi-task - experience a plus- Navision (D365BC) experience a plus - Experience from a customer-facinginteracting role is desired - Ability to work ~25 hours per week, between 7am to 2pm Monday-Friday We offer We offer a great job with development opportunities in a highly motivating, professional, and friendly environment.
