Project Manager | Construction Management

My client is an extremely reputable GCCM based in Detroit. Their portfolio is full of unique and exciting projects in a variety of disciplines including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Multifamily, valued between $20-$100M. They're seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience on the Construction Management side to be a key player in continuing to grow their business. RoleResponsiblitiesOversee all phases of project delivery, including pre-construction, construction, and close-out, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.Lead project planning, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to review designs, identify potential issues, and provide constructability feedback.Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing progress updates to ensure satisfaction.Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.Monitor project financials, including change orders, cost reporting, and forecasting, to maintain profitability and identify potential risks Qualifications10+ years of Project Management experience, operating within construction managementSuccessful track record running commercial projects valued at $20M+Strong written and verbal communication skills Procore experienceBS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field highly preferredOSHA Certification On OfferSalary up to $155k, depending on experienceAnnual bonuses based on individual performance401(k) with 5% match3 weeks of PTO to start$500month vehicle allowanceFull Health, Dental, Vision
