Our client is looking to add an Account Based Marketing Specialist to their team. This is a 6+ month contract role with potential to extend and would be remote working EST hours. You must use your own equipment for this position. WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Account Based Marketing Specialist supports the strategy and execution for our client's Account Based Marketing (ABM) program by building customized digital marketing campaign. You will report into the Commercial CX Manager and work cross-functionally with key collaborators across digital marketing, regional marketing, practice areas, and client teams to scale and drive value for the program. This individual will also play a key role in shaping and maintaining our client's ABM Center of Excellence to assist with the onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of self-supported ABM programs. You will...Build relationships and trust across team members and with all levels of the organization to collaborate and strive towards the team's goals and best outcomesSupport design of ABM strategies (including potentially email, web, social media, events, paid media) to drive client engagement with content (e.g., thought leadership), discussions on priority topics with account teams, event participation, and business opportunitiesSupport role in designing, monitoring, and reporting on ABM program KPIs, benchmarks and dashboardsHelp document repeatable and scalable processes, best practices and materials for marketing, account, and client team members to leverageCoordinate the activation of & communication to collaborators during the onboarding process for all 5+ cross functional teams involved in ABM program: Account & Commercial Marketing Team, Marketing Automation Squad, Enablement, Audience Insights, CRM TeamsBuilding and maintaining an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Center of Excellence to assist with the onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of self-supported ABM programsAct as Center of Excellence lead to update resources, monitor progress of onboarding, clear roadblocks, update insights and disseminate ABM best practicesParticipate and contribute to meetings in a skilled manner that is inclusive and collaborative in styleHelp proactively manage changes in program scope, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans. React to change with flexibility, efficiency, and good humorProvide and accept feedback from all team members on a regular basis regarding the ABM program, process improvements, and other team issuesSupport ABM meetings by capturing action items and tracking follow-up on commitment YOU'RE GOOD ATKnowledge of digital marketing (ideally with focus on B2B context), bonus: experience andor relevant course work in product marketing or g-t-m spacesEager to learn more about Account Based Marketing and expanding your skillsetAn organizationally aware and are competent in managing relationships, procedures, process and deadlinesAn influencer who can build strong networks internally and externally, using your relationships to influence all levels of stakeholders without formal authorityA collaborator to ensure the ability to work cohesively across functions to deliver ABM programs for key accountsA strong contributor who adds perspectives to meetings and workshops that add valueA natural multitasker who can think on your feet.
