Position OverviewWe are a manufacturing company that has been around for over 80 years and specializes in manufacturing custom electric motors. We are seeking an experienced Sr. CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming and the ability to work closely with engineers and machinists to meet project specifications and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to create efficient machining strategies.Utilize CADCAM software to generate and modify CNC programs as needed.Conduct simulations and test runs to ensure programs run smoothly and meet quality standards.Troubleshoot any programming or machine issues that arise during production.Maintain documentation of all CNC programs and tooling specifications.Qualifications8+ years of CNC programming and operation experienceProficiency in CNC Programming and G-Code.Experience with CADCAM softwareProficiency in Esprit Mill and LatheStrong understanding of machining processes, materials, and toolingBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePTO and Paid Holidays401(k)Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
