As we expand, we're excited to welcome a Business Manager who will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and driving our success.Position Overview:As a Remote Business Manager at Mack Global LLC, you will ensure that our government contracting projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements. You will oversee project execution, manage compliance, handle office duties, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Project ManagementOversee multiple government contracts, ensuring timely and within budget completion.Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.2. Compliance and RegulationsEnsure all operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including government contracting regulations like FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation).Maintain thorough documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.3. Resource ManagementAllocate resources across projects, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors and suppliers.4. Financial OversightDevelop and manage budgets for contracts, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management and government clients.5. Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.Conduct regular risk assessments and implement contingency plans as needed.6. Quality AssuranceImplement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications.Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess work quality and identify areas for improvement.7. Client RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for government clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.8. Team LeadershipLead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.9. Process ImprovementAnalyze current operations and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.10. Reporting and DocumentationPrepare detailed reports on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes for internal and client review.Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all projects and operations.What We're Looking For:Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.Skills and QualificationsGovernment Contracting Knowledge: Understanding of government procurement processes and contract management.Project Management: Proficiency in methodologies and tools (PMP certification preferred).Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with government regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS) preferred.Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.Ready to Drive Operational Excellence?If you're excited about managing complex projects and ensuring operational success, we'd love to hear from you!
