Our mission is to become the best small business lender, helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals with the resources they need to grow and thrive.Position Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Underwriter Admin at Ifundyou. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as analyzing financial data, evaluating loan applications, assisting in underwriting processes, and providing administrative support to the team. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and review financial statements from clients and sales analysts.Perform initial analysis and "scrub" of financial statements to prepare for lender submission.Enter and manage data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Follow up with lenders and clients to track the status of submissions and gather additional information as needed.Coordinate with the sales analyst team to ensure all required documentation is obtained.Maintain organized records and files for underwriting purposes.Support the sales team by providing insights and updates on file.Qualifications2 years of experience in underwriting, finance, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar database tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with financial documents, particularly bank statements, is preferred.Good organizational skills and the ability to follow up proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
