As part of the Frosch Global Travel Network and the Signature Travel Network, Teplis operates globally with a focus on flexibility, innovation, and passion in delivering top-notch service.Role DescriptionTeplis Travel is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Travel Account Manager for our high touch and fast paced Travel Management Company (TMC).The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customerclient experience. Work closely with our clients to understand their businesscorporate travel needs for air, rental car, hotel, ground transportation, groups, and incentive reservations. Additionally, the Senior Corporate Travel Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to optimize travel programs, provide strategic guidance, and drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesManage portfolio of corporate travel accounts of varying sizes and teract on a personal level with our corporate travel accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, resolving client issues and ad-hoc requests, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Work closely with key client accounts to provide corporate travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction.Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned corporate travel clients and maintain positive ongoing relationshipsQualificationsProven success in Corporate Travel account management or as Business Travel Manager in the travel industry.Experience managing clients for a corporate travel agency or Travel Management Company (TMC) a plus. Experience with a CRM (Salesforce), Concur Travel, GDS (Worldspan, Galileo, Sabre, Travelport+) and Travel Agency Reporting (iBank, Prime Analytics, Grasp) experience is benefit as these skills will be needed day to day. Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail.This is a client facing role that involves both in person and virtual meetings.Some occasional travel will be required. Strong presentation and communication skillsMicrosoft Office experience is required. Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data, generate reports, and make strategic recommendationsProficiency in travel management software and toolsCustomer-focused with a problem-solving attitudeBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
