This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across sectors such as renewable energy, wind, solar and utilities.Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including modeling and valuation of potential investments.Assist in the due diligence process for new investment opportunities, including market research and competitive analysis.Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees.Support portfolio management by monitoring performance metrics and assisting in strategic initiatives.Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution and negotiation processes.Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on infrastructure preferred.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
