Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a leading Lemon Law firm in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for an Assistant Intake Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the intake team. This role will assist the Intake Manager in overseeing the intake process, provide support to the intake team, and help with the team's conversions. This role ensures that the intake team functions smoothly, delivering high-quality service to potential clients while maintaining firm standards.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Support to Intake Operations:Assist in managing the daily activities of the intake team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Work closely with the Intake Manager to monitor and report on team performance, including handling key metrics and call volume.Assist in training and onboarding new intake team members as needed.Supervisory Assistance:Provide support to Intake Supervisors with difficult or high-priority client sign-ups, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Step in to manage escalated cases and ensure timely follow-up on challenging sign-ups.Act as a point of contact for team members needing additional guidance or support during the intake process.Performance Monitoring:Help track and evaluate intake team performance through key metrics and quality assurance reports, identifying areas for improvement.Provide feedback to team members based on performance reviews and quality audits.Assist the Intake Manager in implementing performance improvement plans and maintaining team accountability.Reporting & Collaboration:Regularly report to the Intake Manager on team performance, issues, and progress, ensuring they are informed of key developments.Collaborate with other departments as necessary to address intake-related concerns and ensure a seamless client experience.Team Development:Support team development efforts by facilitating role-playing, skill refinement, and coaching sessions.Help foster a positive, mission-driven culture within the intake team, ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with the firm's goals.Client Interaction & Sign-Ups:Assist with the intake process for more complex or challenging client sign-ups, ensuring all documentation is collected and client questions are answered.Maintain a client-first focus, ensuring that intake processes are handled efficiently and with high attention to detail.Other Duties:Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Intake Manager to help meet the department's objectives.Qualifications:ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in an intake, call center, or customer service environment, with leadership experience preferred.Familiarity with intake processes in a legal setting, particularly lemon law, is a plus.SkillsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle escalated or challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM systems and call center technologies.EducationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Other RequirementsA client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Ability to work collaboratively and support a high-functioning intake team.Benefits:Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days in office)2-4 weeks PTO (Sonority PTO)15 Paid Holidays401K MatchingHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsGympass WellhubPaid ParkingBreakfast, Birthday Celebrations, Holiday Events, and more.Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
