Powered by our purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and viting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Technical Architect, SFDC!In this role you will be responsible for architecting and designing the Digital Applications for Global Clients.Responsibilities:Excellent capabilities in architectingre-imagining the business application in customer Enterprise landscape.Able to create value stream and provide options to customer for a given business problem.Work closely with clientstakeholders, execute technical workshops, with an ability to understand business requirements, convert them into feasible technical architecture at a detailed level that can be translated into technical deliverables.Excellent in identifying the gaps and opportunities between as-is and to-be processes.Provide technical leadership and insights during RFP and presales process, able to work closely with presales team.Setup of project governance model.Understand the business problem and convert the problem into value stream through a feasible application architecture.Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation detailing out all the aspects of architecture like security, business process mapping, integrations plan, environment plans, risks and mitigation plan, boundaries and responsibilities definition of each stakeholder.Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:B.E or B.Tech or MCA Relevant years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem.Extensive technical knowledge of Experience Cloud and how it is most effectively leveraged with minimal code. This includes knowledge of related Experience Cloud features such as Commerce Cloud.Experience in implementing multiple Experience Cloud portals.Does not need to be a UIUX expert but will need to work with our UIUX team to make sure Experience Cloud implementation generally conforms to UIUX guidelinesMust have experience in at least 3 cloud systemSalesServiceFinancialCommerceMarketingPardotMust be able to apply design thinking in the application architecture that must be scalable, and performance driven.Must have done at least technical architecture of greenfield project or reengineered application for 2-3 large implementations individually or in lead capacity.Expertise in any of the tools like draw.io, visio, lucidchart.
