This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to our expanding wealth management division.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment of top financial advisors, client relationship managers, and other key professionals within the wealth management space. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent in the wealth management industry.Key Responsibilities:Source, interview, and hire wealth management professionals (e.g., financial advisors, relationship managers, portfolio managers)Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and talent acquisition strategiesDevelop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of experienced professionals in the financial services industryManage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptanceUtilize various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and industry networksConduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and ensure a smooth candidate experienceAssist in negotiating offers and onboarding new hiresStay informed of industry trends and competitive recruitment practicesQualifications:3+ years of experience in recruiting within the wealth management or financial services sectorsStrong understanding of the wealth management industry and key roles within itProven ability to source and attract top-tier talent in a competitive marketExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in-person at our Midtown Manhattan officeBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
