Remote Business Change Manager

Title: Business Change ManagerLocation: REMOTEDuration: 6-12 month contractThe Opportunity This position is on the Marketing Transformation & Readiness team in DX Marketing. We are on a mission to transform and optimize the way the DX Marketing team works through process and technology. As a Change Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional Marketing teams to drive comprehensive change plans for priority initiatives and build strategies supporting long-term behavior change - as well as ensuring cross-team and cross-functionality alignment.What You'll Do Partnering with cross-functional team members to assess change impacts and readiness levels; developing plans to address these impactsEstablishing and maintaining positive relationships with cross-functional partners of all levels; engaging with and supporting sponsors of the change, including executives and senior leadershipSupporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications; driving program-level and leadership communications for the changeCreating enablement plans; providing input for and support training efforts of cross-functional team members; delivering training resources and materialsIdentifying and managing anticipated resistance, supporting change ambassadorsagents for initiatives as appropriateEstablishing and measuring important metrics change adoption and program successCandidate with Marketing Transformation, Digital Marketing is must to haveCandidate must have B2B experience.Candidate must have worked at Technology clients.What You'll Need to Succeed ~5 years of demonstrated ability working with organizational change implementations; certifications (PROSCI, etc.) is a plusExceptional listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to empower and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationshipFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations across various functions and at all levels in an organizationCompensation: $55.00-60.00HR
