User Research Assistant

Must Have skills:User ResearchQualitative AnalysisProject ManagementData Management - SQL or ExcelDetailed Business Justification regarding reason for hire: We have a need for a User Research Assistant on our team to handle logistics for our research studies in our lab in Seattle, such as recruiting, (re)scheduling, and rewarding participants, maintaining lab equipment, installing and preparing study devices and software (and resetting for each participant), annotating and recording participant sessions, editing videos, and assisting with data analysis and study summaries. Having an assistant will enable the Senior User Researcher to focus their expertise on the best methods to collect, analyze, and report on study data, which in turn, allows them to conduct more effective research faster. More research increases our impact, enabling us to inform more product and design decisions with customer input and feedback.
