Payroll Administrator $25-27/hr depending on experince Windsor Locks, CT ** Multi-state payroll experince required Job Type: Temporary with potential to become permanent Responsibilities Process bi-weekly multi-state payrolls. Ensure accurate input and verification of payments within the payroll system. Collect and verify timekeeping data. Manage employee data changes including new hires, pay rate updates, and terminations. Audit system changes for data integrity and accuracy. Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll reports. Respond to payroll and time & attendance inquiries from employees. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll Team members to resolve discrepancies. Occasionally correspond with external parties, such as garnishment, tax agencies, and benefit vendors. Qualifications 3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience. Experience with ADP payroll system is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. INDA
