Our, 121 bed, skilled nursing facility specializes in short term rehab & long term care. We welcome you to join our team of caring professionals providing compassionate service to our residents! Position Overview: The primary role of the LPN is to provide direct nursing care to our residents, and to supervise and assist the day-to-day nursing activities. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services and/or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
