Job Description: Sinegal Estate is a family-owned winery based in St. Helena with a focus on affordable luxury wine. We are looking for a sales professional located in Orlando or the Palm Beaches, to build our brands in Central Florida. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in wine sales within the On-Premise Channel. Job Description: Reporting to the Florida State Manager, this sales role will maintain an in-depth and thorough knowledge of specific markets in Central Florida to include Orlando, south to Palm Beaches, and north to Jacksonville and surrounding areas. This is a sales position role focused on daily field work and is not a distributor management position. Your success hinges on your ability to immerse yourself in accounts, and cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers. The Central-East Florida Market Manager will aggressively and proactively identify and close market opportunities within both the On-Premise and Off-Premise channels. This person will be focused on account development (primarily On-Premise), and the promotion of the Sinegal Estate portfolio in the marketplace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Must be based within the active territory. Market work 4-5 days a week. Consistent field work within outlined counties of the territory. Maintain and develop long-term relationships with our existing accounts, while establishing and building new distribution, and growing the base through the opening of new accounts. Maintain regular communication and contact with accounts, including frequent on-site visits to sample products, provide customer support, and monitor inventory levels. Create target lists of alpha accounts for each SKU and track performance of these targets. Attend and support consumer events, wine dinners and trade tastings. Achieve annual targets set with the management team. Work within brand standards to insure retail pricing and programming integrity. Recognize opportunities to generate and develop new business and distribution. Track and maintain inventory burn rates to make sure there are no OOS issues. Provide timely and relevant reports for the management team as needed. Adhere to Company policies, and ABC regulations. Job Requirements: 5+ years successful track record in fine wine industry sales. Strong knowledge and experience of the industry and established relationships with Key accounts. Must utilize CRM for consistent communication and follow up with accounts and distributor reps. Honest and deals with unquestionable integrity in all business transactions. Possesses a passion for fine wine and the wine business, knowledgeable about fine wine. Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a willingness to push the boundaries and grow. A team player. Communicative and collaborative. The ability to lift 40 pounds and travel via car for long periods of time. Compensation: $105k + 20% annual bonus. T&E, Car allowance, 401k match. 15 days PTO.
