The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care under the direction of the RN professional. He/she assumes responsibility and accountability for patient care as a team member in order to achieve established outcomes. This posting is for all current Forest Medical; Bergen Pediatrics, Internal Medicine - Redimed, and PCA Terrace Avenue Team Members that are either per diem, part time, or full time status.
