Marketing Program Management Manager Typical working hours are 9-6 CT or 8-5 CT. Newly created role/department in support of one of their largest business units. Roles fully remote unless in Memphis (hybrid 3 on/2 off) $140,000-$175,000 (base) + eligible annual bonuses (at ~15%) We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Program Management Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs. This role will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through the planning, coordination, and implementation of complex marketing initiatives across various channels. This is a management position and will require 5 years experience already in leading teams. No international sponsorship can be provided for this role. Must be already eligible to work in the US. Hot Button needs are deep experience in email marketing campaigns, program management experience, stakeholder collaboration, knowledge of email tech platforms (i.e. Marketo) and strong people leadership experience. The position also serves as an operations lead, ensuring efficient workflows, process improvements, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity and achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Liaise between Marketing, Business owners, and technical teams. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met. Implement and lead process changes, improvements, and provide training. Manage team resources and performance. Identify and apply automation strategies to improve marketing effectiveness. Manage Channel Workflow Management (oversee multiple task queues, ensuring quality and SLA standards are met by the S&O and channel execution teams). Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects and define deliverables. Ensure proactive troubleshooting of production issues and maintain workflow efficiency. Collaborate with marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI through automation. Identify and implement automation strategies to enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign personalization with marketing team. Analyze and improve operational processes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing. At least 5 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Google Ads, and Marketo. Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic, heavily matrixed company. Strong background in project management and productivity tools. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma). Change management experience.
