In this role you will perform patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning.  Qualifications Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred): • BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required.• DPT degree preferred.• Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy Certification • CPR, BLS through the American Heart Association. Experience (required and preferred): • Experience in physical therapy preferred for outpatient positions. • Acute care physical therapy experience required for acute care positions. #LI-DNI
