Job Title: Office Support Specialist Location: Paramus, NJ Type: On-Site, Interim (3-4 months) Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour dependent upon experience Job Description: Were seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our clients team in Paramus, NJ. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office with a primary focus on heavy data entry tasks. This is an interim role, with an estimated duration of 3-4 months. Key Responsibilities: Perform extensive data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Maintain and update databases and records. Provide general office support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, and managing correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience in a data entry role. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
