This defined retirement benefit requires a 12.27% monthly contribution rate and includes a 100% employer match on Day 1 Learn more at Work With Us | Maricopa County, AZ We Require Five years of experience administering, configuring, managing, installing, and troubleshooting enterprise-level environments, including two years of experience supervising a technical support team Technical experience working with Active Directory (AD) Experience managing vendor/supplier contracts and relationships Experience working with or administrating enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft InTune/SCCM, Workspace1, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Services, Endpoint encryption services (DDPE, Bitlocker, etc) Experience working with virtual desktop solutions (VMware Horizon) and managing hardware and software inventory Experience with project budgeting exceeding $1,000,000 in funding Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a closely related technology field An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/orjob-related experience may substitute for therequired experience on a year-for-year basis We Also Value Advanced experience in project management and project financial tracking Master's degree in computer science ITIL Intermediate Certification COBIT 5 Foundation Certification Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt or Greater ISO 20000/IEC Foundation Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) IAITAM Certification Job Contributions Deliver exceptional technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across various internal customer segments within Maricopa County. Act as a key liaison to address and resolve complex issues effectively Oversee the deployment, maintenance, upgrading, and support of endpoint computers, operating systems, client hardware, software, and peripherals. Manage large-scale annual computer deployments and migrations with precision and efficiency Develop, publish, and analyze metrics from the service management system. Track service levels key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data to drive continuous improvement initiatives Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement. Develop and recommend actionable improvement plans and oversee the execution of operational activities and project delivery Lead strategic and operational planning for the team. Foster a culture of innovation, manage enterprise-scale projects, and efficiently allocate resources to achieve organizational objectives Conduct hardware and software license inventory using IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) best practices. Ensure accurate tracking and management of all IT assets Maintain and monitor budgets for operations and projects. Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost optimization and financial efficiency Collaborate with other IT groups and departments to ensure seamless service quality and delivery.
