Registered Nurse (RN)

Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing nursing team in Trenton, NJ. As a RN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants. This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation weekends. Hiring for 3p-11p shift!
