Description We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You'll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities •Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities •Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner •Order office equipment and supplies as needed •Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements •Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community Qualifications •Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends •Great written and verbal skills •A background in real estate is required for this position •Real estate license preferred •High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred •Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels •Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs •Customer service experience in our industry is preferred •History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
