The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, assessing, and overseeing electrical systems and components. The Electrical Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet specifications, codes, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems for a variety of applications. Prepare technical reports and project documentation, including specifications, schematics, and testing plans. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects and designs. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and controls. Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers, and other team members to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions and issues in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry advancements, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (master's degree preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus. 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in specific industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD software and other electrical design tools. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Salary Range : $80,000 -$92,000 and Bonus Potential
