We are a leading service center specializing in truck and trailer repair, and we need an experienced engineer to help drive our innovative projects forward. Job Responsibilities: - Programming and operating plasma CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and modifying metal parts used in truck and trailer repairs. - Designing, analyzing, and testing mechanical components and systems to meet quality and safety standards. - Creating detailed schematics and CAD models for parts and systems. - Collaborating with the repair team to provide engineering support in troubleshooting and solving complex mechanical issues. - Conducting quality control checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards. - Managing the maintenance and calibration of CNC machines and other tools. - Staying up to date with the latest advancements in CNC machining and mechanical engineering technologies. Job Requirements: - Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Motor Vehicle Construction Technology. - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with CNC machines, particularly plasma CNC machines. - Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and CNC programming. - Strong understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and materials. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols.
