If you are passionate about driving innovation, taking ownership of challenges, and optimizing operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Program Management:•Lead end-to-end program execution, from inception through launch, ensuring timely delivery of all projects within scope, timeline, and budget.•Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status reports.•Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and allocating resources effectively.Business Strategy & Acumen:•Work closely with leadership to align program objectives with business goals, ensuring programs contribute to revenue growth and profitability.•Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business drivers to inform product development and prioritization.•Identify risks and opportunities within the business, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.Product Acumen:•Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product roadmaps and business objectives.•Guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, incorporating feedback from key stakeholders.•Understand customer needs, market demand, and technical feasibility to influence product direction and features.Cross-functional Collaboration:•Facilitate communication between product, marketing, legal, sales, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment on program objectives and deliverables.•Foster a collaborative environment to encourage input and innovation from all stakeholders.•Partner with product and development teams to improve service delivery and post-launch support.Performance Tracking & Reporting:•Establish KPIs and success metrics to monitor program performance and impact on business outcomes.•Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.Qualifications:•Experience: 5+ years of program management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives involving both business and product functions.•Business Acumen: Proven experience in analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning projects with business strategy.•Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of product management principles, from market research and ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization.•Cross-functional Leadership: Experience working with diverse teams across multiple functions (e.g., product, legal, marketing, engineering, CX).•Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret data to drive decisions and inform program direction.•Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.•Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.Preferred Certifications:•PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.•Agile or Scrum certifications.
