Availability: On-site to start during training and then will move to hybrid (ideally 4 days in office and 1 day remote).Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual looking to grow your career with a company that truly values its team members? As a premier provider of mechanical construction services, they have proudly served the Seattle area for over 30 years.KEY RESPONSIBILITES Broad-level file management and document controlCreate and distribute project field manuals and safety plansAssemble, distribute, and coordinate reviewmodification of project submittal packagesCoordinate acquisition, delivery, and removal of site officestorage rentalsReview documentation and draft responses for RFI's, both internally and externally createdIssue purchase orders and coordinate with Accounting for end-to-end purchase managementCollect and verify Daily Reports and Daily Pre-Task Forms, as requiredCoordinate job site inspectionsCollect and file field reports (Start-Up, Testing, Commissioning, etc.)Assemble and distribute all project closeout documentationAssist with field technology management (tablets, mobile internet, etc.)MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS2+ years in project management or administrationExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment at a small but growing companyHighly organized with the ability to prioritize and triage tasks appropriatelyAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new softwarePossess a growth mindset to grow their role in and with the companyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Project management or administration experience within the Construction industry; PlumbingHVACMechanical trade a particular bonusDegree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related fieldDatabase management experienceExperience with Viewpoint Team, Viewpoint Spectrum, andor SmartsheetsUnderstanding of best practices for cost control implementation while maintaining high-quality, safe service delivery to our clientsCampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
