We will link you with mentors, provide a positive and supportive working environment, and foster lasting professional relationships to help you launch your career and learn to thrive.Your life fits at GreerWalker.Responsibilities:Performs buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory servicesDocument key findings and analysis in written reportsRuns in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysisPrepares detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirementsInteracts with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practicesAssists in preparing proposals and engagement lettersRepresents the firm in community activities and professional associationsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accountingCPA certificationMinimum of five years experience in an Audit or Transaction Advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firmSupervision Team Leadership experienceAbility to direct and manage client engagementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Networking and communicating with C-level executivesStrong project management skillsEvaluated as exceptional performer in current positionPossess a good balance of strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumenExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact effectively with internal team members and external clients of the firmAbility to be a self-starter and to be confident when interacting with clients and asking questionsAble to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for getting the job done in a timely mannerAbility to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWorking Conditions:Occasional travel for work using a personal vehicleAble to work moderate overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime required during certain business cyclesAble to lift boxes, mail, etc. not exceeding 20 lbs.EEONo Agencies Please
