Lead the ongoing transition to a new ERP platform, ensuring smooth project execution. Provide leadership and direction to a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and development. Work with other departments to assess their technology needs and plan for future enhancements. Develop and maintain an IT roadmap aligned with business goals. Document critical information flows and processes within the organization. Ensure IT infrastructure, including security, hardware, and networking, is up-to-date and effective.EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. ExperienceOver 5 years of experience managing IT teams. Familiarity with programming languages like .NET, C#, and SQL is beneficial but not required.
