About the Company: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. This role requires a professional who can handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality while providing top-tier administrative support.About the Role: Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives. Prepare agendas and ensure all necessary materials are ready for munication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internalexternal stakeholders. Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of executives.Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all materials.Office Management: Maintain an organized office environment, including managing office supplies and liaising with IT and facilities as necessary.Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and technology setup.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of executive communications and company information. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.Experience: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Be able to be onsite 5 days a week. Preferred Skills: Professional demeanor and positive attitude.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
