Our strategic approach and problem-solving abilities set us apart in delivering successful projects.ROLE DESCRIPTION:This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner Representative Project Manager at CYMCOR in Austin, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, resolving issues, and ensuring project success from initiation to completion. This individual understands how to develop and maintain positive relationships that result in long-term partnerships with our clients, general contractors, and other associated consultants. The Project Manager excels at consistent and accurate communication with all parties involved in the project process. This position is ideally suited for those with a degree in construction management, engineering, andor at least 10 years of experience in project management andor Real Estate development.RESPONSIBILITES:Dedicated onsite CYMCOR RepresentativeOpenly communicate, attend meetings, and present our services with key stakeholders, whether onsite or in executive oversight positionsMust be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet deadlines, provide solutions, and concise reports as applicable to our scope of servicesAct as a Proactive Liasson between the Client, Contractor, and other ConsultantsDirectly manage the overall project with oversight of: o Design Management o Permit Coordination o Project Budget o Project Schedule o Tenant Coordination o Franchise Utility CoordinationReview and provide recommendations regarding complex construction situations including adherence to contractual obligations, timely notifications, schedule impacts, unforeseen conditions, design issues, etc.Promote positive relationships between CYMCOR and the key project stakeholdersDrive Continuous Services and Process ImprovementREQUIREMENTS:Commercial Construction andor Development ExperienceDriven Self-StarterHighly OrganizedAbility to Comprehend, Evaluate, and Communicate Complex IssuesPossess Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)Ability to be a Team Player and work with a Diverse Team of StakeholdersAbility to Effectively Lead in person andor VirtuallyCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:Competitive Salary based on candidate's qualifications and experienceHealth Dental InsuranceAnnual Bonus ConsiderationTuition Reimbursement Program for new or continuing educationEducation Allowance for Industry TrainingPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysRetirement Benefits with Company Contributions
