Change Control Manager - Permanent - Raleigh, NC - $106,000 - $140,000.The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidateapplicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate'sapplicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship not available.Our client is seeking a Change Control Manager in Raleigh, NC.Role DescriptionTo maintain company's change control process and coordinate with various teams throughout the organization to ensure changes are properly communicated and implemented.DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:1) Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities:Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes.2) Support communication efforts:Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key internal and external communications. This will include Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and customer notices to make sure they adhere to best practices and defined standards.3) Assess the change impact:Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.4) Support training efforts:Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change.5) Continuous improvement:Creating and utilizing metrics to make data driven decisions on the success of the change management processSkills & RequirementsMUST HAVE REQUIRED SKILLS:1) Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field2) Previous Change Control Administrator experience (someone grooming to become a Change Control Manager)3) Previous experience being the "point person" for all change control related issues win IT (this is NOT an organizational change management role!)4) ITIL Certified5) Previous experience completing change management assessments6) Previous experience wit: identifying, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tacticsAdditional experience:Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistanceConsult and coach technical teamsCreate actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training PlanSupport and engage senior leadersCoach people managers and supervisorsCoordinate efforts with other specialistsEvaluate and ensure change readinessManage stakeholdersAudit, Track and report gaps and issuesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressSupport change management at the organizational levelBenefitsOther Compensation:Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 401K.Why Hays?You will be working with a professional recruiter who has intimate knowledge of the industry and market trends.
