This position will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's compliance with global privacy regulations while supporting product teams in implementing effective consent management solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both technical aptitude and privacy expertise to help navigate the complex landscape of digital tracking and consent management.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Privacy, Product Development, Marketing Operations, and Legal to implement and maintain robust privacy compliance programs. This role offers an opportunity to shape privacy-compliant solutions while contributing to the company's commitment to protecting user privacy.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze proposed privacy legislation related to trackers and consent in collaboration with the Privacy teamProvide feedback and identify improvements for consent management solutions to ensure global privacy law complianceExecute Tracker governance framework and integrate privacy considerations into project planningManage OneTrust Privacy Management Platform Cookie Consent and Mobile Application modulesAnalyze and categorize trackers identified in OneTrust scans, coordinating with various teamsProvide privacy guidance for first-party and third-party tracker managementMaintain privacy metrics reporting for Marketing, GTM Tech, and PrivacyLegal teamsManage tracker compliance audits and address risk alertsCreate supporting content and documentation for privacy initiativesRequired ExperienceSkillsMinimum 3 years of experience working in a privacy functionDemonstrated knowledge of US, EU, and global privacy laws (CCPACPRA, GDPR)Proven experience in privacy and consent management compliance processesStrong analytical and organizational capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrategic thinking with focus on process improvementAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamNice-to-HavesIAPP certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)OneTrust experience and certificationExperience in the financial technology sectorBackground in implementing privacy solutions in a technology companyEducation Bachelor's degree required (Field not specified in original posting)Pay & Benefits SummaryCompetitive hourly rate: $43-$45 per hourAdditional benefits not provided in original posting - please specify if available:Health insurance401(k) planPaid time offAdditional benefitsApply Now!Join a dynamic team dedicated to protecting user privacy while enabling innovative technology solutions.
