Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic Desktop Support Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues, a solid understanding of the Microsoft stack, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity for growth, with a focus on continuous learning in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Support and manage issues related to Microsoft 365 (OS 365), including email, OneDrive, Teams, and other applications.Diagnose, resolve, and document IT incidents such as connectivity issues, software installations, and system errors.Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams as necessary.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.Ensure users receive friendly, timely, and professional customer municate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users.Stay proactive and eager to learn new tools, systems, and technologies relevant to the role.Required Skills and Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office 365, Teams, etc.).Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
