We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to contribute significantly to the overall success of the data center site build, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Act as the on-site "eyes and ears" of the owner to oversee, assess, report, and manage the safe delivery of data center construction projects.Serve as a virtual extension of the Owner's Project Team, establishing a close relationship with the owner to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.Bring best practices and innovative experience to facilitate efficiencies in design, construction, and operational transition ply with the owner's standards for quality, cost structure, and on-time delivery.Assist in maintaining project-level schedule and cost controls and reporting in line with the owner's requirements.Create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Budget.Manage General Contractor compliance with construction contracts, budgets, changes, payment terms, and schedules.Perform contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and recommendations.Coordinate with the design team to meet the client's design guidelines and standards.Assist with city or other authority approvals process, permitting, etc.Perform constructability review of project documents and value engineering.Conduct project cash planning and cash flow projections.Assist the client in identifying, scoping, buying-out, and scheduling all Owner-direct vendors and consultants.Oversee commissioning plans and processes to completion and final reporting.Manage punch list, substantial completion, and final completion processes.Negotiate, resolve, and close out any outstanding change orders, quality issues, or disputes.Prepare and submit final project accounting and budget.Implement communication plans and project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.Track project progress against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines, and create action plans to meet objectives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related technical degree (Preferred).7+ years of construction management or general contractor experience.5+ years of mission-criticaldata center construction management -depth knowledge of commercial construction design, bidding, and execution.Cost management and forecasting knowledge.Strong organization, planning, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and presentation of fortable with financial details and able to connect them to the big picture and communicate the story behind the numbers.Ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management.Benefits: Overwatch Construction offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and relocation assistance available.
