MAC / JAMF Administrator

Location: This is an on site position 5 days a week. Fairmount section of Philadelphia. Parking is available at $6 per day. Duration: Initially for 4 months but VERY likely to be continually extended long term for 12+ months.Rate: 30-37hr Position Description:Troubleshoot issues over the phoneManage Desktoplaptop imaging using JAMFMaintain, analyze, and troubleshoot employee hardware, operating systems, and applications, via both face-to-face and online remote supportDocumentation, including revising and updating standard operating proceduresProcess Help deskIT tickets, appropriately prioritizing and escalating issuesDocument and maintain asset inventory, internal procedures, and troubleshooting guide for end-usersRequired Skills:JAMF experience Experience imaging machinesMust have 3+ years field experience with basic & warranty Apple Certs, along with iOS, iMacIPADMobile device experienceExperience working with and supporting Mac OS and solving computer-related problemsMaintain, analyze, and troubleshoot employee hardware, operating systems, and applications, via both face-to-face and online remote supportProcess HelpdeskIT tickets, appropriately prioritizing and escalating issuesDocument and maintain asset inventory, internal procedures, and troubleshooting guide for end-usersDemonstrated success in a customer support role and passion for helping others resolve any technical issuesDesired Skills and ExperienceJamf MACBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
