In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, overseeing transactions related to food & beverage, concessions, and retail business. You'll prepare general ledger entries, drive the month-end and annual close processes, and ensure our financial reporting shines! What You Will Do Process transactions and manage the reporting for both our retail and food & beverage strategies Provide support for Concert-related business activities and reporting Post entries to general ledger accounting system and perform account analysis on general ledger accounts Identify, correct, and report errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports Perform all work in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Your Background, Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting or equivalent professional experience In-depth working knowledge of Excel. Prior knowledge of or experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP and ticketing software is a plus Flexible and adaptable to changing business conditions Ability to solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated dedication to lead projects from origin through execution Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a high growth, dynamic environment Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business Well organized and able to multi-task, with a strong attention to detail Strong ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including leadership and cross functional partners About Intuit Dome: Opening in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built differentit will redefine fans' expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles. Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED. Compensation The range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The role is classified as exempt.
