At Avid Acceptance, What you will do: + Review and assess loan applications from dealerships to evaluate risk and ensure timely decisions. + Analyze applicant income, credit history, and financial data to make informed approval decisions. + Bring new ideas to improve underwriting processes and increase loan originations. + Work proactively to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and dealer satisfaction. + Collaborate with departments and dealers, using self-motivation to meet and exceed performance goals. + Handle confidential information securely and ensure accurate data entry. Things that will help you succeed: + Experience in loan origination or finance (preferred). + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. + High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual skills are a plus. + Ability to work well within a team and think critically.
