Job Overview As a Regional Director, you will take the helm in leading, managing, and inspiring a diverse team of Operations Directors, General Managers, and Directors of Dining Services within your region. You will play a pivotal role on the regional leadership team, offering strategic planning, direction, and mentorship to our prestigious accounts. Your primary objective will be to reach operational and financial excellence while nurturing strong client relationships in an ever-evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Foster robust client relationships and drive efforts to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as profitability, safety, and engagement. Collaborate within the regional leadership team to share best practices, mitigate risks, and promote diversity. Oversee all accounts in your designated territory, ensuring seamless communication with key stakeholders. Assist the VP of Operations in establishing a positive cultural framework, emphasizing transparency, understanding, safety, accountability, and alignment. Act as a brand ambassador and escalation point for senior clients within your area. Partner with team members to streamline sales and retention processes across all accounts. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support regional initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality assurance, policy, and USDA program requirements. Champion team development through performance evaluations and succession planning, focusing on multi-unit management skills. Manage financial results and P&L for your assigned territory, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Administer policies and procedures equitably, recognizing and anticipating marketplace trends. Participate in regional strategic planning sessions. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills (both written and verbal). Analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Solid financial acumen and expertise in budget management. Proactive and adaptable mindset with a focus on inclusivity. Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution, or eight (8) years of progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, or related fields. Substantial background in senior leadership roles, including experience in contract and budget management. Proven success in business growth and team leadership. Ability to think quickly, analytically, and strategically.
