Professional Search Group(PSG) has partnered with a growing commercial real estate firm in the need for a Project Management Administrator. The Project Management Administrator will support the successful execution of projects by assisting the project management team with administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and communication. The role is essential in ensuring that projects stay organized and on track, contributing to the overall efficiency of project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Assist the project management team with day-to-day administrative tasks including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.Scheduling & Coordination:Organize project meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting agendas. Track deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure the project timeline is adhered to.Document Management:Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, scope of work, progress reports, and other critical project-related documents. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily munication:Serve as a liaison between the project management team, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks. Manage and track correspondence related to the project.Resource Management:Track resource allocation and usage. Assist in updating resource plans and identifying gaps or over-allocations in project resources.Budget Tracking:Support the project manager in tracking project budgets, including monitoring expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling project-related costs.Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a project management or operations team.Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus.Key Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) plan with company matchProfessional development opportunities
