Information Technology Project Coordinator

CSI Companies is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to work on-site in Brooklyn with one of the country's top hospital systems!Responsibilities:Onsite at the facility to monitor & track construction progress & technology activitiesProvide daily updates to project team leadersOnsite point of contact for general contractor & Real Estate & DevelopmentAssist with budget monitoring & updatesCoordination & confirmation of technology deliveriesConfirmation of MCIT technology installations & troubleshooting with disciplines Coordination of new and existing user relocations to new facilityManage meetings & resulting documentationFollow up on action items or outstanding issues Assist with facility vacancy technology requirements after relocationQualifications: Microsoft Office Suite (specifically MS Excel)Project CoordinationManagement experience Healthcare or Hospital experience Infrastructure experience preferredIT backgroundBS Degree preferred
